- **No NHS dentistry.** Tower Dental is fully private. Patients looking for NHS treatment
  should be directed to the NHS "Find a dentist" service.
- **No sedation.** Tower Dental does not offer any form of dental sedation — not intravenous,
  not inhalation sedation, not oral sedation. The practice says so openly and will tell a
  patient who needs sedation that it is not the right practice for them.
- **No general anaesthetic.** Not offered on site.
- **No in-house CBCT scanner.** 3D imaging is arranged externally when a case requires it.
- **Not wheelchair accessible.** The practice is on the first floor. A stairlift is available;
  step-free access is not.
- **No weekend opening.** Closed Saturday and Sunday, including for emergencies.
- **No clinician on the GDC specialist register.** Care is provided by dentists with declared
  special interests.
