Accessibility
Statement

How Tower Dental approaches accessibility — both in our practice and on our website. We welcome feedback and aim to fix any issues you report.

Tower Dental is committed to making our website and our practice accessible and welcoming to all patients, including those with disabilities. This statement explains how we approach accessibility and what to do if you encounter a problem.

Physical access at our practice

Tower Dental is on the first floor of 302a Devonshire Road and is not wheelchair accessible. A stairlift is available for patients with mobility needs — please mention this when booking so we can plan for your visit.

Our team is experienced in supporting patients with anxiety, sensory needs and a wide range of mobility considerations. We are happy to discuss any specific requirements before your appointment.

Website accessibility

This website aims to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at AA level. We have designed it with the following in mind:

Known limitations

No website is ever perfectly accessible. Areas we know we can improve include richer descriptions for some clinical illustrations and stronger fallback content for the AI smile-simulator tool. We are working on these as part of our ongoing development.

Reporting accessibility problems

If you find something on our website or at our practice that is difficult to access, please tell us so we can fix it:

We will acknowledge your message within three working days and aim to resolve any access issue at the earliest reasonable opportunity.
