Why does CQC regulation matter?
The Care Quality Commission is the independent regulator of all health and social care services in England. Do you accept patients who haven't been to a dentist for years?
Yes — and many of our patients are exactly in that position. We do not judge. The first appointment focuses on listening, examining, and giving you a written plan. Sedation pathways are available if needed (oral, inhalation or referral for IV sedation) and the standard anxiety-management protocol applies to every patient.
Do you accept urgent or emergency cases?

Sebby explained everything and sorted payment side out - he's a happy, helpful chap & very calming. Roz and Hannah were Mohammed's assistants / trainees on the day and they were absolutely lovely, especially Roz's calming nature. Mohammed was top notch. You tend to worry when it's a new dentist, after decades of the previous dentist. After 2 or 3 minutes chatting with Mohammed (in general & about the procedure) you relax, as he clearly knows his stuff & everything was great. Highly recommend.
