The General Dental Council is the UK regulator for dental professionals. Every clinician at Tower Dental is GDC-registered, which is a legal requirement for practising dentistry in the UK. Registration confirms qualification, professional indemnity, ongoing continuing professional development and adherence to the GDC's standards.

Yes — and many of our patients are exactly in that position. We do not judge. The first appointment focuses on listening, examining, and giving you a written plan. The standard anxiety-management protocol applies to every patient.
Yes. Emergency appointments are from £76.16 (new patient; £67.20 for existing patients) and are usually offered the same day where capacity allows. "1st time having "real" work done here since Mr Barnes days. Have to say everything was great. From Sebby, front of house right through to Mohammed. Sebby explained everything and sorted payment side out - he's a happy, helpful chap & very calming. Roz and Hannah were Mohammed's assistants / trainees on the day and they were absolutely lovely, especially Roz's calming nature. Mohammed was top notch. You tend to worry when it's a new dentist, after decades of the previous dentist. After 2 or 3 minutes chatting with Mohammed (in general & about the procedure) you relax, as he clearly knows his stuff & everything was great. Highly recommend. Not saying I'm now looking forward to dentist visits, but great to know they're on the ball."
