Raising a concern or complaint

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please tell us — we take all concerns seriously and treat them in confidence. Making a complaint will not affect your future care. Contact the Practice Manager on 01253 353759 or info@towerdental.uk, or see our Complaints Procedure. If, after our internal process, you remain dissatisfied, you may contact:

Duty of candour

We operate an open and honest culture. In line with the statutory duty of candour, if something goes wrong with your care we will tell you, apologise, explain what happened and set out what we will do to put it right.

Professional indemnity

All clinicians hold appropriate professional indemnity cover, as required by the GDC, for the treatments they provide.

Infection prevention & control

We follow current national guidance on decontamination and infection control in dental practice, including HTM 01-05. Instruments are decontaminated and sterilised in line with those standards.

Radiography

Dental X-rays are taken and used strictly in accordance with the Ionising Radiation (Medical Exposure) Regulations — IR(ME)R — and only when clinically justified.

Safeguarding

We are committed to safeguarding children and adults at risk. Our clinical team receives safeguarding training appropriate to their role, and we follow local safeguarding procedures, escalating any concern to the relevant local authority safeguarding team where necessary.

Station House DC Limited (trading as Tower Dental) is the data controller for personal information you provide to us, and we process it in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full detail of how we use and protect your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
