We run our plans through a direct debit scheme. There is no long-term contract, and you can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Your benefits start as soon as your first payment goes through. The plans cover preventive and restorative (repairing damaged teeth) care only. They do not cover cosmetic treatments, except through the treatment discount where that applies.

Your first appointment usually starts with a full examination. We check the health of your teeth, gums, bite and soft tissues, along with digital X-rays where clinically appropriate. We give you a full written treatment plan and quote before you agree to any treatment. There is never any pressure to start straight away.
