These Terms govern your use of the Tower Dental website at towerdental.uk and the bookings, consultations and treatments you arrange through it. Please read them carefully.

1. About Tower Dental

Tower Dental is a private dental practice operated by Station House DC Limited (Registered in England and Wales). We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (location ID 1-15556739691) and all clinicians are registered with the General Dental Council (GDC). Our practice address is 302a Devonshire Road, Blackpool FY2 0TW.

2. Use of this Website

By using this website you agree to these Terms. The information on this website is for general guidance only and does not constitute clinical advice. For advice specific to your case, please book a consultation. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; the “Last reviewed” date below indicates when the most recent change was made.

3. Bookings, Consultation Fees and Payment

The £40 Smile Consultation applies to cosmetic treatments only and is taken at the time of booking via Stripe. Bookings can be made by phone, online or in person. We accept card payments, bank transfer and 0% interest finance through our finance partner (subject to status). Treatment fees are confirmed in writing at consultation.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Repeated short-notice cancellations or non-attendance may result in a charge to cover clinical time held. Clinical refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in line with our Complaints Procedure.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, photography, branding and clinical information on this website is the property of Tower Dental or used with permission of the rights holder. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with attribution; you may not copy substantial sections without written permission.

6. Limitations

We make every reasonable effort to keep this website accurate and up to date but make no warranty as to completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
