The most popular treatment for adults with crooked teeth is Invisalign — a series of custom-made clear aligners that gradually move your teeth over 6–18 months. They are virtually invisible, removable for eating and brushing, and you see your predicted result on a 3D preview before committing.

For very mild cases (a single slightly rotated tooth, a small gap), composite bonding can create the optical illusion of straightening without moving the teeth at all. This is faster and cheaper but only works for minor adjustments. Your dentist will recommend the most appropriate option at consultation.

Invisalign at Tower Dental

Your dentist takes a 3D scan, creates a treatment plan showing the predicted result, and gives you a written quote. Treatment involves wearing clear aligners 20–22 hours per day, changing to a new set every 1–2 weeks. Progress checks every 6–8 weeks. Retainers fitted at the end to keep teeth in place.

0% finance is available. Invisalign for both arches from £5,500 — or from £550/month over 10 months. One arch from £2,500. The cost includes all aligners, all review appointments, and retainers.
