What are full mouth implants?

Full mouth implants replace an entire arch of teeth with a fixed bridge supported by 4–6 implants. Unlike dentures, the bridge is permanently attached — no removal at night, no adhesive, no movement. You brush and eat normally. The result is the closest thing to having a full set of natural teeth.
