Full mouth options compared

All-on-4 replaces an entire arch with a fixed bridge on 4 implants — the most cost-effective full-arch solution. Individual implants replace each tooth separately — more expensive but the most natural result, with each implant independent of the others. Implant-retained dentures (2–4 implants with a removable overdenture) offer stability at a lower cost than All-on-4.

The right option depends on your bone quality, the number of teeth remaining, your budget and your preferences. Dr Chatterjee assesses all of this at your consultation with a CT scan and provides a written plan with itemised costs. There is no pressure to proceed.

Finance options

0% finance is available over 6 or 10 months. For a full-arch All-on-4 at £9,800, that is from £980/month over 10 months. For both arches at £19,600, from £1,960/month. Extended finance over longer terms may also be available — ask at your consultation.
