How it works

Call us. Tell our team what happened and how much pain you are in. We assess urgency and offer the earliest available appointment — usually the same day. When you arrive, your dentist examines the problem, takes an X-ray if needed, and provides immediate treatment or pain relief.

We treat toothache, broken teeth, lost fillings, abscesses, knocked-out teeth, swelling, bleeding, and dental trauma. If your problem requires follow-up treatment (a crown, root canal or extraction), we provide a written plan with costs at the emergency appointment.

What it costs

The same-day emergency assessment costs from £71. This covers examination, X-ray, diagnosis and immediate pain relief or stabilisation. Any follow-up treatment is quoted separately with a written plan. Plan members are covered for emergency appointments at no extra charge.

If you are not sure whether your problem is an emergency, call anyway. We would rather see you and find nothing serious than have you wait in pain.
