When you need urgent care

Urgent dental problems include severe toothache that does not respond to painkillers, facial swelling, a tooth that has been knocked out or broken, uncontrollable bleeding, or a lost crown or filling exposing sensitive tooth structure. These should not wait for a routine appointment.

At Tower Dental, urgent patients are seen the same day wherever possible. Call as early as you can — morning calls have the best availability. We are open Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm and.

What happens when you call

Our team asks a few questions to assess urgency, then offers the earliest available appointment. When you arrive, your dentist examines the problem, takes an X-ray if needed, and provides immediate treatment or pain relief. You leave with the pain managed and a clear plan for any follow-up.

You do not need to be registered with us. We see urgent patients regardless of whether you are an existing patient or new. The emergency fee starts from £71.
